AFL Victoria Is Offering Football Friendly Schools the Opportunity to Receive a Grant*

AFL Victoria Football Jumper Scheme

AFL Victoria is offering football friendly schools the opportunity to receive a grant of up to 50% of purchase cost of one set of 25 jumpersfor their schoolfootball teams. Football jumpers provide a visible presence of Australian Football at the school level and assists with the growth of the game in the wider community.

The following criteria will be used to assess each grant application:

School has an AFL School Ambassador.

School is presently without football Jumper or renew old jumpers

School competes in six weeks of football competition in a school sport association or AFL Victoria sanctioned interschool Australian Football competitions.

Applications are actively sought from primary and secondary schools with further consideration being given to schools with high multicultural populations, located in low socio economic areas and girls-only schools.

Prior to submitting a grant application, schools will need to organise quotes for the football jumpers through Hart Sport our preferred supplier of jumpers for 2014. Please find below your contact at Hart Sport

To apply for the grant, schools will need to submit the attached application form with a written quote anddate of shipment of jumpers.Once received AFL Victoria will review application and if successful will approve the grant and the school will pay for jumpers and invoice AFL Victoria 50% of purchase price.As proof of purchase, schools will need to forward a copy of the final invoice and image of jumpers to AFL Victoria..
