Cancellation policy and fees

Prior to [April 21, 2013]: $300 registration fee
[April 21, 2008 - June 23, 2013]: %50 balance of tuition fee
[June 24, 2008 - July 6, 2013]: %75 balance of tuition fee
[July 6, 2008- July 7, 2013]: %100 balance of tuition fee
Accommodation fees:
If a booking has been made with an institution, and a student cancels after [June 6, 2013] or does not arrive or departs early, a cancellation fee imposed by the institution will be assessed upon the student. The institution will therefore retain any portion of the accommodation fee required to cover charges that might be made by the institution in the event of a cancellation. Students will be refunded any monies that the institution agrees should not be charged. Please note that the institution reserves the right to retain the full accommodation fee after the above date and refunds may not be made until the institution submits their invoices after the end of the program. / Cancellation policy and fees
  • Commitment fee of $300 charged upon acceptance to program will not be refunded upon withdrawal from the program,unless such withdrawal is completed in accordance with University policy before [date].
  • All withdrawals after [May 15, 2013] will be subject to non-refundable airfare expenses.
/ Cancellation policy and fees
  • Tuition and fees are refundable only by processing a cancellation of enrollment or change of program application through the Office of Academic Records and Registrar. Informing the student’s academic department or instructor does not constitute withdrawal from the course.
  • All withdrawals must be processed through the Office of Academic Records and Registrar. Student will be held financially liable for all classes that appear on the face of the Registration Confirmation. It is student’s responsibility to officially withdraw from any class which he/she is not attending, including but not limited to:
  • Classes which have been discontinued at the university.
  • Situations in which student never attended the first class meeting
  • All withdrawals must be requested and processed by the end of the third week of classes to be eligible for refund. Student will receive 100% refund of tuition and fees for all withdrawals completed in accordance with University policy by the end of the third week of classes. Student will receive no refund of tuition or fees for withdrawals after this date.
  • Student should check with his/her department regarding online withdrawal of overseas program and enrollment into on campus university courses. Student should not drop block registration without first consulting his/her program director.
