Abstract: This liaison invites ITU-T SG11 and ITU-T JCA-CIT to consider the report, work plan (and related information in annexes 1 and 2 to the work plan) which were agreed during the ITU-D Study Group 2 Question 4/2Rapporteur Group meeting held in Geneva on 23 September 2014.

ITU-D Study Group 2 Question 4/2, during its Rapporteurs Group meeting held in Geneva, 23 September 2014, discussed the input documents received and finalized the concerned meeting report contained in document 2/REP/4.

The Rapporteur Group is kindly inviting ITU-T SG 11 and ITU-T JCA-CIT to consider the above mentioned meeting report with included work plan (Annex A) and related Annex 1 (Table of contents for final report on Question 4/2) and Annex 2 (C&I Vocabulary – Common ground) which are also available in document 2/41 presented by Brazil.

ITU-T SG11 and ITU-T JCA-CIT are kindly invited to consider the meeting report and its annexes and provide comments and contributions for the work of the new ITU-D Study Group 2 Question 4/2.
