Fellowship:

It’s optional but some ladies bring drinks and snacks to share during time with their dorm mates. The gathering is a great time to catch up with old friends and make new ones. Welcome your sisters in faith and help them feel included, especially first-timers and young women.

Childcare:Childcare is available for ages 2-10 years. Check future Bulletins and website for updates.

Young Women Guests’ forms must be postmarked by May 21.

Voting Members’ registration forms are due by May 21.

Registrations are due May 21 for Middle and High School Girls.

Participants’ registration forms are due May 21, 2018.

Saturday Only participants’ deadlines are the same as above.

Check-in begins at 2:00 pm, Friday, June 22, 2018, in the Rhyne Building Lobby. You will receive your materials and room assignment. (For VOTING PURPOSES, Registration ends at 10:00 am. Other Registration is open until Saturday, June 23., until noon.)

HOW TO GET THERE

Lenoir-Rhyne University address for GPS: 625 7th Ave NE, Hickory, NC 28601

Use your favorite route to Interstate 40. From I-40, take Exit 125 onto Lenoir-Rhyne Blvd. North. Cross Tate Blvd. to Lenoir-Rhyne Blvd Extension to 8th St. (Highland Avenue). Turn right onto 8th St. At the next light turn left onto 8th Avenue. Go to the next light and turn left. Then immediately take the next right into Lenoir-Rhyne. Park in the lots which will be marked. Signage will direct you once you are on campus.

WHAT TO BRING

Linens: 2 flat sheets (Beds are odd sizes.), pillow, blanket, towels.

Comfortable Shoes: best way to get around campus is to walk. Transportation is available for those with special needs.

Sweater or jacket: Layer; air conditioning is unpredictable.

Offerings: Congregational Unit regular Offering, Personal Offering, In-Kind offering for Lutheran Services Carolinas.

A drink for Friday Dorm Devotions and a snack to share.

Your own capped coffee mug or water bottle, so you can carry it with you.

Bible for Bible Study and Dorm Devotions.
