By Subway, take the “L” Train (14th Street – Canarsie Line of the BMT) to Brooklyn. Get off at DeKalb Avenue.
By Car, from the South, West, and North, Triboro Bridge to Queens. Take the Grand Central Parkway to the Jackie Robinson (formerly Interboro) Parkway. Proceed on the Interboro to exit three (Cypress Hills Street). Follow Cypress Avenue for approximately 2.5 miles to Stanhope Street. Make a left turn, and go two blocks to the Medical Center.
From the East, take the Northern State Parkway to the Grand Central Parkway, and follow the above directions. There is public parking on Stockholm Street which can be used on day one.
¨ FIRST DAY: Please report to Mr. Romero at 9:00 A.M., for admission, orientation and directions to clinical assignment. Per New York State Law (10NYCRR 405.3), please present a copy of your last Physical Examination (done within the last year), including a copy of your Immunization Records, PPD and Hepatitis status.
