2015GRRSWF Calendar Photo Contest

We are excited to announce that GRRSWF is again sponsoringa Calendar Photo Contest. Your Golden Retriever or Golden Mix could be a featured dog in next year's GRRSWF Calendar!

After the success of our previous annual calendars we want to continue the tradition and develop another calendar for 2015. We can’t do that without your wonderful pictures of those beautiful Goldens and Golden mixes. We hope you will again comb through your treasure trove of pictures and submit the best to this year’s calendar photo contest.

14 Monthly and 12 Honorable Mention winners will be selected. The winners will have their pictures used in the calendar and will have their photo credited to them.Additionally, the top vote getter will be featured on the cover. All winners receive a free calendar. Additionally, some photos may be featured on our Facebook page, website and in other publications throughout the year.

The contest will run from May 1 to June 15. Winners will be notified by July 15, 2014.

Submission Guidelines
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

General:

.$5 per photo entry fee. There is no limit to number of photos you can submit!
. Golden Retrievers and Golden Mixes only may be submitted. They don't have to be GRRSWF or Rescue dogs. Dogs only in the picture, no humans.
. Horizontal shots only please.
. You must have taken the photo. You can't submit photos taken by someone else.
For Digital Images:
Set your camera at the HIGHEST resolution possible (photos will be enlarged to 8.5"x11"). Please send original digital files (.tif or .jpg file format) either on CD or via email as attachments, and includeyour name, phone number, address, and your dog's name. Please don't make the file smaller to email it. Send the original largest file. Email digital photos to . You will receive an email confirming that we received your picture. If you don't receive one, assume it didn't go through and resend.

NOTE: If you plan to submit a photo taken with a cell phone please be sure it is at least an 8 MegaPixel image. Images taken with phones of lower resolution do not reproduce well and we cannot use them in the calendar.
For Photo Prints:
Please put a label on the back with your name, dog's name, address and phone number (don't write directly on the print!). 4x6 minimum size. Please do not scan in your prints yourself - mail in the prints. If you want your print returned, please include a self-addressed stamped return envelope.
For All Entries:
IMPORTANT - Whether Digital Images or Prints all entries require an entry form. Images submitted without entry forms will not be considered in the judging. Mail entry form (available at payment, and prints or CD (unless emailing photos) to:

Photos will be judged by a panel selected by GRRSWF and all photographers will remain anonymous to the judges.
