Rick: welcome everyone to the 185th Knowledge Seekers Workshop on Thursday August 17, 2017, a production of KF spaceship institute.
Mr. Keshe (K): good morning, good day to you as usual whenever and wherever you listen to these workshop. As usual we try to bring the knowledge a step further as part of the spaceship program and as part of One Nation, One Planet. As you are aware the Earth Council (EC), Universal Council(UC) and core team are busy in the background to set up what we call the charter of One Nation, One Race, and One Planet. This will take some time and they are working on it. We try to hear from them each week for what their wishes are. as part of being part of Keshe Foundation (KF) Spaceship Institute, we gave birth to this and all of us as part of KF worldwide are responsible to see this newborn peace unified organization to take hold, to start developing, to start seeing what we can do through the knowledge we have to support it and expand this planet and through it to allow us in space in a peaceful manner. We try to give space to the EC or the UC each week for what they see and what they wish to announce. If they are present and wish to have representation or discuss anything they have the authority and then we will carry on with the teachings as usual for the rest of our program. Are there any members who want to bring us knowledge of you work?
Mosfeqfrom the UC representing the Bengali language which is spoken mostly on the Indian continent: We are working on the charter and the roadmap for the time to come. In this area we are wishing how we would see the world to be in the coming days. I am speaking because I am giving you a hint where we are headed. Join us with your own wish and your own fields. The community of people is talking so people become aware of where we are going and how we can join together and help all of us support. It will take time, but it will happen quickly as the fields grow rapidly together. We signed the peace treaty. Peace is a big word and we have to look at more details and add more details like how we disarm our military.
Mosfeq: how are some abusing other human beings? This is prominent in the world where I am. We see it all around. What can we do to elevate the abusers and those being abused and suffering?Everybody’s wish comes together and counts to make this happen. This is a prerequisite--we have to have peace. In addition to peace we have to have to meet the basic needs of the people and create a means of getting the technology to those in need and this will take everybody’s cooperation by having the wish available. This will propagate the ideas. There are many good people who don’t know about us but will be ready to accept this opportunity. The basic needs of having enough to eat, having a place to stay and adequate medical care will bring peace within the people. When we achieve that people will have not only enough of their needs but they can enjoy their lives traveling and doing beneficial things for other human beings and beings on the planet and the planet itself.
Mosfeq: this brings us to the point of helping the planet which has seen the time of abuse in its own way. We try to correct this with intentions. We have some ways to correct that with these basic things we have to go into more detail for wishes and implementation at the local level. This is key and basic good conduct which is the beginning of what we call universal conduct so we can conduct properly among ourselves but others we will come in contact with very soon. My wish is that everybody participates in this wish making this journey from peace. Thank you.

K: yes, please go ahead; it is your privilege as a UC member.
K: Is there anyone from the EC present? Thank you for all your work. There is a lot of work going on in the background with the EC and the UC and members of the core team as they meet on Mondays and Fridays. We bring this up because in the coming time the UC will have offices around the world according to the language spoken. The EC will have places where they can listen and understand the needs of the languages. This structure will take a few months to put into position. This structure takes over the running of operations to meet the needs of their nations and the languages and their continents that they are responsible for. Gradually the members of the councils will have a full time job for each member as they way. In that way the members promote peace and bring their wishes to reality for humanity to stay a peaceful race not only on this planet but beyond. The process of the teaching, education and knowledge is going forward and as we see the knowledge is spreading quite rapidly. One of the achievements that has been reported in the last week through the organizations which operate and are in very advanced stages of development of the science and technology is that we have been informed by those who are in operational systems with gans plasma units in the KF plasma Magrav technology and they are developing energy. They are developing what they call the quantum energy using the gans technology and they have achieved in the past week what we call the separate condition of the flight system in zero time condition. More details will be released in the coming time. There are people working with generators and power plasma units. This is a breakthrough and beautiful news and I congratulateboth the teams which are working.
K: we have entered a new era in One Nation. We see our wishes to be peaceful is taking hold in different directions. For those who understand the technology at an advanced level this is a major breakthrough. We have seen in the past week the Chinese and American leadership have joined to find a peaceful way for Korea solution. In recent meetings of officials and scientists we understand there are a number of scientific groups in the world working and have understood the control of thoughts through the spaceship systems. A number of nations who are and have started see the enlightenment in the knowledge that is dispersed. This is all part of the effort that many people have made their wishes. We will bring more developments.

K: we are trying to establish a backup unit. The process is that now we see massive development in advanced levels of science for scientists using this technology rapidly and understanding it fully. We need to enlighten them further so they can understand the process. In a meeting last week those scientists who understand the technology ask and say they need more knowledge and explanation on the control of the flight systems through emotions, the thought and the soul of the man. Because they haven’t reached this point they see the need for it. As you know a number of nations have achieved different types of development in the space technology and are using the technology in different ways. We see (breakup)….(32.15)

35.49 K: we might have some difficulties today. We see that NASA has moved into the plasma technology propulsion for the rocket technology. In a way the next step is for them to join the other world leaders who have now broken into plasma technology through the Magrav science and technology. These things will consolidate with a number of nations in the coming months with this new technology and what we call zero time flight plasma system will reinforces the re-negotiation for world peace and the world peace treaty as this makes it essential for governments to step down from their present position. This means in so many ways that governments have to renegotiate for peace. The flight time now is in a very, very limited window in what we see now and you can go from Moscow to Washington in less than 10 to 15 minutes. We met with officials in the American government years ago. When they I asked me in an official meeting how we managed to capture this and that, we explained to them in a very simple way that we cross their nations without their knowing what we are doing. This is the advancement of the technology and now we see that 2 or 3 nations have achieved and are on the path to achieve this technology in the true essence of what is developed and what is available.
K: you will hear our teaching from now on will be on advanced stages. We have to teach to support the nations that have reached this point. Many people might sound to you slightly too advancedbut this is how your nations have developed. We are responding to the scientific demand because we have opened a channel that many world scientists understand. In the coming time we will explain more as we come into arrangements of how to disperse this knowledge. As it was announced in the last 6 days since last Friday, the Magrav systems flight has been done and now we have to understand that this is going to take rapid steps in releasing for use by a number of nations for their advanced technology.
K: there is one agreement which we have made with the governments that we give 3 to 6 months delay of lapse of any joint achievement disclosure. This means that from now on whatever is developed with the nations that we work with, no technology will be released for 3 to 6 months. This is the agreement that we have. The nations will take part in time and then the knowledge agreement will dispersed and shared. This has to be this way as they are investing huge amounts of effort into this kind of development.
K: what is important for all of us to understand is that the process change, understanding the change and of the work of the plasma through what we call the soul of the man and the emotion has become part of the need for the present space technology because the present atomic systems cannot handle this as we explained before? One of the reasons for these kinds of operation and understanding is that we as totality can follow the procedure. This is one of the most important parts. Our scientists can follow the procedure to be able successful in launch and control and at the same time in reverse operation to return back. It is very easy with this as we have taught before to enter the departure and the biggest problem is returning back. How do we return? How do we manage to be able to produce and submit such a process? This is for all of us to understand this process; it is important and it is absolutely vital that we understand this process.
K: As we all know the development of materials was easy for us. We achieved …. (breakup)…..we achieved this in a drastically easy way. Many of us as knowledge seekers were not aware as how and part of our knowledge of how easy and important this was that we achieved rapid development. We had to achieve rapid development. Those in the scientific world who work around the foundation understood this and grasped the concept. They did the whole structure to achieve lift and motion. When you want to return back it is a different ball game. Launch and creation of the magnetic gravitational field to create separation has been seen when people lost balls from their system. Now we have to understand how it is and how it has to be a step before you take off. Before you become a space man you have to understand how you have to plan your whole system in organization of the space travel.
K: this goes back to the agencies that are advanced and move into space travel. In you systems when you achieved zero gravity in the way of propulsion through the mass you have calculated and you have to calculate a slight deviation from a central mass field gravitational, more than a field magnetical. What this means is that you have to add to your system a process of limitation at least to begin with. You decide the limitation of 100,000 or 200,000 or 1,000,000 kilometers. (43.45). Then what you do is you set your gravitationalmagnetic field to the calculation of that point in space from the distance from earth. This is because your Magrav system is set at 1,000,000 kilometers gravitational magnetic field calculation. It is somewhere between 1 million and 1.2 million and 9.9 million kilometers that you will find your satellite positioning. Then you have …(see white board drawing…43 minutes).
K: what you have to do is to reverse the gap of the magnetic gravitational field plasma to the position you launched it. This means you can get your system back within a few seconds. All you have to adjust your system that at a given position of 1,000,000 kilometers, you can achieve a balance through your thoughts. You can re-call back the positioning of the entity where you launched the system. This is important for the space scientists who are working on these fields to understand the process. Most of the scientists, most of the problems from now on will be the loss of your launch system. This is the loss of what you call your satellite, your space system and everything else. So it is important for those of you who work in this field to understand at least initially to start with the positioning of the magnetic gravitational fields.
K: Your governments have this data of the position of the magnetic gravitation fields at certain distances from the earth. It has been calculated in previous research. You lock your field strength in the balance between the magnetic gravitational fields to the central gravitational system of the system to the ground zero base and to the distance point gravitational system. At that point as you are the controller and you are the person who has initiated the flight through thought and you can reverse the process from magnetic to gravitational to balance back at the point of departure. The process is through your thoughts that you reverse and you have to train your line of thoughts in what field you have accessed the energy transfer and to what field you withdraw energy transfer in magnetic gravitational field strength energy and not energy as power that you understand.
K: the remote line of thought control is a major breakthrough for these scientists. A number of these scientists have already been working and a number understand what I am explaining. In this process before your flight try to understand to focus on the space time/space launch and the space gravitational magnetic field in respect to the gravitational field of the inertia of the land or the position you work on. This means that you add into gravitational through the field strength not using gans or liquid gans. The process is very simple. You have been able to reverse the line of thoughts and emotion to the line of position and transportation and reverse back.
K: This process was understood by the Iranians who captured the American drone. Now you understand how the advanced technology is already applicable. Now we understand that a number of nations are developing and have developed the next step and we give them the full support and training and the full knowledge of the control of the space. Then it comes with the expansion of the space craft. The expansion of the size is entirely dependent on the operator. You can expand in two ways. You add a second operator in the same line of thought which means you can increase the size of the space ship to double the size. You can add a 3rd or 4th operator which means you can expand beyond dimension. For those who understand this is (done) by increasing the limitation of the boundary through the operation of the increase of the magnetic gravitational fields of the top reactor. The top reactor now dictates the size where the bottom 3 star formation holds on to the position of the whole totality that keeps the structure integrity intact. This means that the number of rotary reactors on the boundary of the spaceship has to be changed in strength through the line of the thought by the second operator reactors. They do not interfere with the central line but they expand in the matter of the dimension increasing the height at the same time the 3rd and the 4thoperators decide to control the volume of the expansion of the ring.
K: for those scientists who work in these fields now this means the coordination and training of the officers who through the operation of what we call the soul have one aim which is expansion of the knowledge with a peaceful manner of operation. In a way we train a number of people who think, live and work under the same ethos. In this way you can expand as the numbers increase. Those of you who work in space technology at a governmental level understand every 10 meters in expansion in the new structures allows after a certain limitation in the order of magnitude to the increase of a certain number of payload amount by what volume. To control the system from the internal gravitational field the main operator stays in position and receives the energy and information and you have to train these kinds of operators to never lapse to what we call the state of sleep because they receive the totality of the energy they need from the operation of the system itself.
