Explain what it is the ESO Portal provides and what it was designed for. It’s possible that attendees already have this information, but reiterate that this is the message as it should be communicated forward to the attendees of their training sessions. / Select the hyperlink to launch an eLearning demonstration of the portal.
15:00 – 20:00 / 5 / Benefits of the Portal?
Explain the benefits of the Portal. Depending on time and the people that are in your training group, you could even invite the attendees who are already in the Portal to share the benefits that they have experienced.
20:00 – 25:00 / 6 – 7 / Obtaining an AUSKey
Explain the process of obtaining an AUSKey. This is a good opportunity to reinforce what it is we know about obtaining an AUSKey given the lessons learned from ESOs over the last six months.
25:00 – 40:00 / 8 – 10 / Activating & registering
Walk attendees through the process of registering via DVA website, using the AUSKey and then agreeing to the terms and conditions.
40:00 – 60:00 / 11 and eLearning / Set up the organisation
Go through the high-level ideas of what it is that Portal Managers do and then take the attendees through the Portal Manager eLearning activities. / Click the two hyperlinks to walk through eLearning demonstrations
