2. Theprice

3. TheRules
The studentunderstandsthattheuseofanyalcoholic drink or anyotherillegalsubstancesthatlower/altertheconcentrationwhilelearning to ride are absolutelyforbidden and onealsounderstandsthatonemaybebreathtested on thepresenceofsuchsubstances or alcoholatanytimeduringtheride.
Thestudentdeclares and isawareofriding on a racingtrack/roundatone’s risk purely. Thestudentisbound to rideoutsidethemotor-racingtrack/roundwhichmaybeforexample a parkinglotetc. no fasterthan 30(thirty) kilometers per hour (km/h)
Itisincumbent on a student to behavewhileusing a motorcycle in suchway and in suchdisciplinethatonerenders no potentialdanger to one’sownrideneither to therideofotherstudentsbeing on theracingtrack and alsooutsideit. Itisalsoincumbent on a student to ride in suchwaythatitcorresponds to one’sabilities, theconditionoftheracingtrack and weatherconditionswhileriding.
Thestudentsisherebyputwiseofhavinghislesson/rideterminatedifthestudentbehaves in a disrespectfulwaynotfollowingtheinstructions/adviceof a instructor and thestudentisalsoawareofthefactthatifsuchbehaviourleads to theterminationofthelesson/rideoneisnotentitledintoanycompensationconnectedwiththelessons and also/neithertheinstructors
Theinstructor prior to theride on a racingtrackexplains to one’sstudenteverythingwhichisimportantfor a student to knowabouttheracingtrack, theinstructorfurthergives a student a theoreticalbackgroundofthestudent’sequipmentaboutthemotorcycle and theride. Theexplanationaswellasthetheoreticalbackgroundisgiven to a studentduringthebreaksbetweenthelessons/rides or oncethestudent has finishedriding on theracingtracktheinstructorexplainsthestudentwhatmistakesone has madeduringtheride and alsohowonecanavoidmakingsuchmistakesagain.
Theinstructorisentitled to terminatethelessonatanytimeassoonastheinstructorsees a student or a groupnotrespecting or otherwisemarringinstructor’sattempt to teach and giveinstructions.
4. Conclusiveestablishment.
Thestudent by signingthisagreementconfirmsthatthestudent has beenputwiseoftheagreement on takingridinglessons and thathe/she has clearlyunderstoodeach and every part ofit and alsothathe/sheagrees to complywiththeagreement in it’sfullextent.
Theagreementbecomeseffectiveassoonasit has beensigned and assoonasthefullcostoflessons and theinstructor has beenpaid
Eachsideoftheagreementdeclaresthattheagreement has beensignedfreely and withthefullconsent. Thetwosidesoftheagreementalsodeclare by thesignaturethattheywerenotforced to signit and thatitwassigned in no confusion and thattheyread and understoodtheAgreement in it’sfullextent.
