BIOGRAPHY

Jingzhou Pan is an assistant professor at Tianjin University. Hegot his Ph.D. degree in Human Resource Management from Renmin University of China. During his Ph.D. period, he visited and worked with Prof. Xiaoping Chen at University of Washington,Seattleas a joint doctoral student. Dr. Pan’s research interests include leadership, interpersonal relationships, creativity and innovation, career management and ethics.

So far, he has published more than 20 research articles in both Chinese and English journals, such asJournal of Vocational Behavior, International Journal of Human Resource Management, International Small Business Journal, International Journal of Selection and Assessment, Innovation: Management, Policy & Practice、Asia Pacific Journal of Human Resources、Journal of Career Assessment,Journal of Management Sciences in China (Chinese) and Acta Psychologica Sinica (Chinese).
