Award Description: consultancy of the year

The applicant should be a construction consultancy that has taken on board the roles of Principal Designer and Designer as defined in the CDM 2015 regulations. They should be able to show full integration (along with continual review) of Design Risk Management within their processes. Staff should be trained in all appropriate aspects of health and safety and show good knowledge of buildability, maintainability and usability issues. The consultancy should have at its core an active and integrated health and safety policy that promotesconstruction industry’s health objectives.
