  9. Mike Carlo - Alpha Sigma Phi: Talked about the new Alpha Sigma Phi Fraternity on campus.
  10. Generation Action Club- Moira Pyhala, 2nd Annual Take Back the Night Sept 29th 5PM.

  12. Dale - Gift and check for daughter's college fund to be delivered to wife, Joy, next week. Delivering next CC Executive board meeting on September 22, 2017.

  19. USUAA REPORT
  20. Homecoming is onOctober 13th, 2017. UAA students advance $10 per ticket and $15 at door, non-UAA is $15 advance and $20 at door.
  21. Wolfcard replacement fee October 11th, 2017 goes up to $20
  22. LEADERSHIP COORDINATORJane, spoke on behalf of Cody Buechner, Leadership Coordinator.
  23. Reminded clubs that club re-registration is open and the deadline is on September 30th, 2017. Clubs can re-register in Spring 2018 if they do not re-register for Fall 2017.
  24. Club Travel: Reminded club’s regarding the travel policies and if you plan on travel, talk to Jane in the SCGL office.

  29. eSports Club, accepts seed money $100
  30. Exercise is Medicine Club, accepts seed money $100
  31. South Central Alaska Collegiate/ HOSA, accepts seed money $100
  32. Mongolian Students Society (MSS), accepts seed money $100
  33. The Hickory for Animation and Cartooning, accepts seed money $100
  34. Seawolf Rugby at UAA, accepts seed money $100

  36. Seawolf Cadet Club- Attendance Waiver Approved.
  37. Funding Requests
  38. International Youth Fellowship: Christmas Cantata Musical. Raise money for printing brochures. Free for everyone, no revenue will be made. Requesting $2,540.45. Denied for funding, may resubmit a lower amount for the next CC Meeting.
  39. Property Management and Real Estate Club: Requesting $75 for food/napkins, Weidner Office Grand Opening. Approved for funding.
