In order to participate in the 2016Annual Meeting Products & Services Showcase, you must be an APTA member in good standing and fully paid for your booth at the staging of the event.

The deadline for reservations is July 29, 2016. Please note that space may sell out prior to July 29, so early bookings are recommended. Save $150 by reserving your booth by June24, 2016. Fees will be refunded if a request is received in writing no later than August 12, 2016. A 20% cancellation fee will bewithheld. There will be no refunds after August 12th.

All attendees must be registered for eitherthe Annual Meeting or as aFloor Accessregistration. The Floor Access registration form can be found on our website

September 11 – Show Hours & Welcome Reception – 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm
September 12 – Show Hours & Lunch – 12:00 pm – 2:30 pm
All 10’ x 10’ booths include:
- One complimentary exhibitor badge, pipe & drape, one 6’ x 30” table, two chairs and one company I.D. sign.
- Inclusion in a special APTA 2016Annual Meeting Products & Services pre-event publication. Publication materials must be submitted by July 29 to be included.
