Standard Application Form

You’ll notice that the ‘standard application form’ here at Purple Patch is not exactly standard. That’s because we’re looking for exceptional people. We’re as interested to find out about your values and style of working as we are about your past experience doing something similar. This is because we know that when we employ someone we need to consider not just who they are now, but who they have the potential to be.

So, embrace the randomness, answer the questions honestly and have fun!

What’s been the best job you’ve ever had?

What made it awesome?

What would be your nightmare job and why?

Tell us 3 people you really admire

What do they have in common?

What’s the most important thing you think you’ve learnt in your working life so far?

Experience, Skills and Knowledge

Please have a good look at the person specification in the job description and give us examples below of how you fit the criteria, don’t hold back now, we’re a pretty nosy lot so want to know all about you and what you could bring to Team Purple!
