Wedding Information

Wedding Venues and Costs

  • West Auditorium (seats up to 1700) - $750
  • Student Ministry Center Auditorium (seats 300) - $600
  • Prayer Chapel – (seats 75) - $500

The cost of each wedding venue includes the room (available to you in most cases at noon the day before your ceremony), a wedding coordinator (the liaison between bride/groom and church), a set up crew (to set up chairs and/or tables,etc), an audio technician for rehearsal and ceremony, pre-programmed lighting and use of any decor the church has available.

  • West Auditorium - $500 (includes 10 tables with chairs, each additional table with chairs $10, max 40 tables)*
  • Student Ministry Center Auditorium - $300
  • Upper Room - $250

*Limited table availability due to concurring events could cause the need for wedding party to rent tables.

AdditionalOptions

  • Simple Lighting Option - $100
    This option includes one meeting with a lighting designer who will set up basic pre-programmed lighting using conventional lights only.
  • Advanced Lighting/Décor Option – cost will vary based on selections:
    This option includes a lighting designer who will meet with the bride/groom to determine a lighting look for your special day! With many different color options and high tech intelligent lighting to choose from, you are sure to set the perfect atmosphere for your wedding ceremony and/or reception. Also, if you desire fabric or other décor to be hung in various areas to create a unique ambiance for your ceremony or reception, our production crew has the equipment and knowledge necessary to create most any look a bride could want! Additional cost for Pipe & Drape is $20 per 10 ft. section.Your wedding coordinator can help you get pricing based on your needs.
  • DVD Option - $500:

Available only for weddings held in the West Auditorium,this option provides you with a video memento of your wedding. The video will be shot from 4 different cameras to best reflect the atmosphere of your wedding service. You will be provided with 5 copies of your wedding DVD.

  • Special Graphics Option - $50 and up:

You will need to include this option if you want to use our large projection screens for still photos, slideshows or any other graphic. Pricing is as follows (based on availability of graphics technician):

Slideshow/graphics for reception only: $50

Slideshow/graphics for wedding only: $75

Slideshow/graphics for both: $125

Note: If you are interested in purchasing any of these additional options, or if you have any questions regarding these options, please let your wedding coordinator know at least 6 weeks before your wedding date.

Wedding Fees

All wedding fees are due 2 weeks prior to your wedding date.

Pastor Performing Ceremony

It is your responsibility to schedule a personal appointment with the Trinity Fellowship pastor officiating your ceremony as soon as possible. If your wedding officiant is not a member of the Trinity Fellowship pastoral care team, he/she will need to contact us as soon as possible. It is your responsibility to confirm that this contact was made. Please note that an honorarium for the pastor performing your ceremony is customary and is not included in the fees you pay the church. Please be sure to give your pastor an appropriate honorarium for his or her services.

Music

A copy of all music to be used before, during and after your wedding ceremony must be submitted to your coordinator for approval at least 3 weeks prior to your wedding date.

Pre-Marriage Class

At Trinity Fellowship, we take the marriage covenant very seriously. Our pre-marriage class is required for all couples who want to be married at Trinity Fellowship. The material in this class will provide insight into your relationship as a couple and will be a biblical basis for your marriage. Upon completion of the class, you will be issued a certificate from the Twogether in Texas initiative which will qualify you for a discount on your marriage license.

The classes are held on Friday night from 6-10 pm and Saturday morning from 8:30 am – 12:30 pm on the following dates:

  • November 4-5, 2016
  • February 3-4, 2017
  • May 5-6, 2017
  • August 4-5, 2017
  • November 3-4, 2017

Please go online to tfc.org/pre-marriage to register for one of these classes. You both must attend all 8 hours to receive the certificate for the discount on your marriage license.

Frequently Asked Questions about Trinity Fellowship Weddings

Q:If we’re renewing our vows are we required to go through the Pre-Marriage Class?

A:It is not a requirement that you go through the Pre-marriage classes, but you should meet with a Pastor at Trinity Fellowship to talk through the ceremony.

Q:Can I bring in my own decorations?

A:Yes, you can. You can bring decorations to the church and start decorating as early as noon on the day of your rehearsal. Keep in mind that all candles must be dripless.

Q: Are you able to do a video recording of the ceremony?

A: Yes, the video package is offered in the West Auditorium only. Talk to your coordinator for more details.

Q: Is dancing allowed at the reception?

A: Although Trinity Fellowship would be happy to play music at your reception, dancing is prohibited except for the traditional first dance.

Q: Can we bring in our own sound equipment?

A: The fee to have your wedding at Trinity includes the cost of using our sound equipment and sound technicians for the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception. Renting or bringing in your own sound equipment is not necessary.

Q: Can we have secular music played at our wedding?

A: Yes, as long as the music has been submitted to your wedding coordinator at least three weeks before the ceremony and approved.

Q: Can we have a Saturday Wedding?

A: Saturday weddings can be held in the Student Ministry Auditorium and Prayer Chapel; however, a Saturday wedding would need to begin no later than 3:00 pm.

Q: How much is the typical honorarium for the Pastor performing the ceremony; is this included in my fee to Trinity?

A: A typical honorarium fee is between $150-$200. No, the fee is not included in your cost for having a wedding at Trinity.

Q: Can you move the chairs in the West Auditorium and have a wedding & reception in there?

A: Although the chairs can’t be totally removed, you may set up a few tables along the perimeter of the room. Speak with your wedding coordinator for more information.

Q: Can we have a wedding in the Worship Center?

A: Unfortunately, the worship center is not used for weddings.
