Note: Areas seeded with clams taken from Restricted areas must be closed for a period of 60 days, clams taken from Prohibited areas must be closed for a period of at least 6 months. This applies to any transplant listed above where 'Approved' is NOT checked.

This letter will serve as permission for the above activity provided that the listed Supervisor contacts, 24 hours before the start of the activity, the Municipal Shellfish Warden, the Marine Patrol Officer responsible for this area and the Marine Patrol Division I Office at 633-9595. You may call the Division I Office in advance to determine who will be the local officer on duty and obtain direct contact information.
