Arkansas HFMA Golf Outing
We have scheduled a golf outing for our April HFMA meeting. This golf outing will be held on Wednesday, April 19, at 9:30 a.m. at Glenwood Country Club (approximately 30 miles from the Embassy Suites). The cost will be $38.00 per person which includes cart & green fees and will be a scramble format just as last time. We will try as much as possible to even out the teams based on each participant's handicap or average score. Due to this we may not be able to team you up with the person(s) you request. Please pay for fee at Glenwood pro shop.
To register, please complete the information below (be sure to check the box if you plan to ride “the Bus”. Please return by April 10th so we can put the teams together and finalize the tee times. We would like as much participation as possible so please consider this outing.
On April 19th, please arrive absolutely no later than 9:00 AM at Glenwood. This will allow us to get paid and tee off at 9:30 sharp. Franklin Collection Services will provide “the Bus” for transportation to and from the course. We will leave the Embassy Suites around 8:15 AM. There will be the usual prizes, lunch and beverages.

If, for some reason, you find you will be unable to play, please let us know by Tuesday so we can rearrange the teams. As you know, it hurts the teams when you don’t show or come in late. Please be there at 9:00 so everything will run smoothly.
