Conclusion and pathway
There are no clear pathways for this training as the applicants wish only to go over already covered material.
This training is being provided as a refresher workshop.

Due to a spot check on their OHS officer Tyrone, the Safe Work Department found that the Rev Shop’s employees were all a little rusty on the OHS components of their qualification.

It was agreed upon that Tyrone would rectify this immediately, and he got in touch with Jasper.

The training will take approximately one whole day, but will be run over two and a half days in order to not cause too much disruption to the business.

Doddi has a hearing impairment. There needs to be some customisation of the course material to overcome the potential difficulty to his training.

Course

OLS has a fully developed course available.This course covers all components of four certificate levels in Occupational Health and Safety.

Gap Analysis

There is no reason to conduct a gap analysis as all participants wish to do the training as a refresher.
