Marketing Executive

At Tisski we are looking for a Marketing Executive to work alongside our Marketing team and to own and develop a new project that promotes the Microsoft products and services that we deliver. It is a varied role that includes:

·email marketing;

·planning;

·advertising;

·public relations;

·social media and blogging;

·reporting;

·design;

·updating and maintaining the website;

·research.

The work will be challenging and fast-paced and you will be working alongside our sales and product development functions so that we market our products to our clients in both the private and public sectors.

This is a home-based role, working in collaboration with external clients across the public and private sectors. Whilst this is home-based, you will spend some time on-site at client premises to ensure smooth delivery as part of a blended team. You will also visit our offices in Warwickshire when necessary to maintain contact with the Support team and to share your experience with others. Your travel costs will be covered by expenses.

Responsibilities

You will develop integrated marketing campaigns. Tasks will involve:

·liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders (customers, colleagues, suppliers and partners);

·marketing to target audiences and managing customer relationships;

·collaborating on advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press or online;

·managing the production of marketing materials, including social media, blogs, and e-newsletters;

·writing and proofreading copy;

·graphic design for presentations, magazine advertising, the website and much more;

·organising webinar sessions;

·arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials;

·maintaining and updating customer databases;

·attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions;

·conducting market research, for example using customer questionnaires;

·contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies;

·evaluating marketing campaigns;

·monitoring competitor activity;

·filming case studies;

·supporting the sales and product development teams.

Skills and Experience

We are dedicated to working with Microsoft technologies, so we are interested in hearing from you if you are passionate about technology and the value it can bring to our customers. You may have experience of working in Marketing, or be keen to apply the skills you have in this area in a fast-paced working environment. You will be a “people person” who may also have had some experience of working with technical staff, or applied your creative streak to the work you have done with other organisations.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £22,000. In addition to some challenging work at the leading edge of technology, we offer a great benefits package for our employees. Pension, annual leave, flexible working, Microsoft Surface, iPhone and a bonus scheme are on offer. Furthermore, training will be provided, particularly for Adobe software packages to enable you to complete your design tasks.
