Call to Order: Courtney Macklin 7:08pm

Correspondence: Reviewed.

Secretary’s Report: Minutes on file.

Financial Report: YTD activity reviewed.

Know Your Neighbor: Lily Briggs, Promise House Project could not attend.

Standing Committee Reports:

Education/Scholarship: No report.

Festival: Four homes secured. Two homes to be on tour one day only. Working on entertainment.

Preservation: Cindy Geronimo & Yvonne Harper attended last meeting. Plan to have permanent code inspectors assigned to specific districts. Copy of code compliance guide will be in February newsletter. Recycling event April 23rd at Woodsdale Park. Next window class Feb. 24th at 7pm on Stratford Place.

Streetscape: No report.

Technology: Website updated with festival info.

Property Ownership Committee Reports:

Arboretum: Annual meeting March 6th at 4pm at Kent’s home. Will schedule workdays and concerts.

Mansion View: Dan Ankenbrandt and Courtney M. looking at other options to store festival items. Continue to pay new owners for storage space for now.

Ac Hoc Committee Reports:

Bylaws Review Committee: Copies made available – Courtney M. read changes. Discussion regarding committee chairs having potential for more than one vote at executive board meetings as some chair more than one committee. Judy Stone moved that this go back to the committee for review.

Neighborhood Improvement & Beautification Fund: Applications available on website, deadline April 30th.

Community Representatives:

Newsletter: Deadline Feb. 22nd. Boiler business from Ann Arbor placing ad.

Security: January report available. Good turnout for Super Bowl fundraiser. Welcome new supporters.

WOWE: Working on budget. Holiday tours earned approx. $8000. Accepting grant applications for next project.

Historic District Commission: Reviewed 2015 activity.

Toledo Museum of Art: Native American art exhibit.

Collingwood Arts Center: Events on facebook.

Libbey House: Susan Allen Black to host monthly events.

Old Business: Application for group home at 444 W. Bancroft was deferred for one month by City Planning Committee- application was incomplete.

New Business: TMA Ambassadors to tour OWE- using walking tour brochure and have rented a trolley. Suggestions for docent- Lynn L. suggested Phil Klunk and Judy S. suggested Bill Hill. Discussed future trolley tours presented by OWEA. Judy Stone negotiated $30 credit towards storage fee at Mansion View in exchange for checking on property.
