NORTH SHORE STUDIOS / MAMMOTH STUDIOS

LOCATION AGREEMENT

“The Interview”

This agreement relates to the Mammoth Studiosproperty owned by2880 Underhill Limited Partnership (“Lessor”), located at 2880 Underhill, Burnaby, British Columbia, having an office at 555 Brooksbank Avenue, North Vancouver, B.C., V7J 3S5.

With agreement to the clauses below, the Lessorhereby grants ‘Farewell Productions Ltd’access to enter and remain upon the Premises (in the portions detailed below) with personnel, equipment and sets for the sole and express purpose of recording and photographing scenes live or on tape, film or by any other process on the Premises for a maximum of 5 days on the following dates:

Dec.2nd, 2013to Dec.4th 2013between the hours of 6:00am – 11:00pm

DEPOSIT

The Lessor acknowledges receipt from the Production,a deposit in the amount of

[$ no charge ] CDN, of which shall be applied towards the location fee.

CONDITION UPON RETURN

The property must be returned in the same condition as it was when loaned out.

NUISANCE

The Production will not commit any waste upon the property or any nuisance or other act or thing which disturbs the enjoyment of any other occupant of the premises or causes any material interference with the safety of any occupants, their customers or invitees. Unless prior notification or arrangements with the Lessor, the Production will not do or permit, any act in or about the Common Areas or Facilities of the property which will materially hinder or interrupt the flow of traffic to, in and from the property and the Production will not do, nor will it permit anything to be done which will obstruct the free movement of Persons doing business in the property. All activity and intention must be indicated in a ‘Notice of Filming’ to be distributed to tenants and posted in common areas.

OBSERVANCE OF LAW

The Production will be solely responsible for obtaining from the appropriate government authority or other regulatory body any required jurisdiction permits, licenses or approvals as may be necessary.The Production shall be responsible for satisfying the City with respect to code issues and permits related to the location shoot.

The Production will not cause, or permit any fire, smoke, explosion or other disturbances on the Premises without first obtaining written consent, and insure that they comply with the police, fire and sanitary regulations imposed by any governmental authorities or made by fire insurance underwriters applicable to the property and the Production’s use thereof..

INSURANCE

The Production agrees to provide certificates of insurance, delivered to the Landlord as soon as practicable after the placing thereof.

The Productionmust provide proof all “all risks” Commercial General Liability insurance in the amount of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence, that will cover any comprehensiveforbodily injury and property damage liability insurance applying to the operations of the Productioncarried on the property.

The Landlord will not be liable for any death or injury from or out of any occurrence in, upon, at,or relating to the Production, or damage to property of the Production or of others located on the property, nor will it be responsible for any loss of or damage to any property of the Production or others from any cause whatsoever, except if due to the negligence or wilful misconduct of Landlord.

CATERING TRUCKS/WASTE

Catering trucks and Honey wagons must not dispose of their waste on the property. The Production will be charged for any cleanup required as a result of improper waste disposal. Garbage bags from the catering trucks must be hauled away and cannot be left on property at anytime. Waste water must not be dumped on the property.

ACCEPTED AND AGREED TO:

This agreement constitutes the complete understanding of the parties with respect to the location shoot between North Shore Studios and Farewell Productions Ltd..
