2009 Users’ Conference

This year, we are presenting at the Perdido Beach Resort in Orange Beach, Alabama on April 6th and 7th, 2009. The conference is for all Alabama Local School Accounting and Central Office Software users. To receive the group room rate, resort reservations must be made by phone or on-line no later than 4:00 pm CST, Thursday, March 5, 2009. Make reservations by calling 1-800-634-8001 or for online reservations by visiting When calling, be sure to identify yourself as a participant of the “CSI-McAleer LSA Conference” in order to receive the group room rate of $150.00. For online reservations, use 3220 as the Group Code under the Reservations link.

Enclosed is registration form that should be remitted along with a check made payable to CSI-McAleer no later than March 5, 2009.

The Perdido Beach Resort has informed CSI-McAleer that parking at the resort is available only to registered guests. They have also requested that the guests double-check their reservation confirmation to avoid inconvenience at check-in.

Pre-registration is a requirement for attending the Alabama Users’ Conference due to the limited space at the hotel. The registration fee is $150.00 per person, which includes lunch on April 7th. Please return this form to CSI-McAleer on or before March 5, 2009. You may return the registration form without payment (mail or fax) by the registration deadline, and mail your check prior to the start of the conference. Always include a copy of the registration form with prepayments. If you pay with a personal check, please include the name of your school on the check.

Registration fees are based on total meeting costs, which in turn are affected by the meeting room charges. The meeting room rates are based on the number of conference members registered at the resort. The fewer individuals staying at the resort, the higher the meeting room charges. If the resort room block is met, additional registration fees will not be required.
