Reporting Manager:Controller
General:Duties includedsupervision of the London accounting staff, and London & China locationsmonth-end reporting, journal entry preparation, and account analysis. Assist controller as required with the Phoenix consolidated reporting.
Specific Requirements:
Month-end journal entries preparation
Intercompany transaction analysis
London financial statements
China financial statements review
Various corporate reporting – monthly, quarterly, and annually
Bank account/cash movement reconciliations
General ledger account analysis
Fixed asset management
Other duties as assigned by the Controller
Authorities:
Supervise Staff Accountants – Phoenix and London
As delegated by the Controller
Training/Certification Required:
BS / BA degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA Required, and MBA preferred
Supervisory experience
Proficiency in ERP accounting/manufacturing systems
Strong attention to detail
Highly defined analytical skills
High-energy, self-motivated, personable individual
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Excellent communication skills
Exceptional work ethic
Willing to accept new responsibilities
PC-based Microsoft Office, QAD Mfg-Pro, Fax, Copier
