New Online Player Registration

Online Registration Instructions

Region 121 is using a NEW Player Registration system. Starting for the Fall 2017 season, replacing the eAYSO program which many of you are familiar with.
Whether you are brand new to AYSO or have been participating for years (as a parent or as a volunteer ... or both) EVERYONE must Create a New Account the first time you use this new system.
Please read all instructions below to learn how to register your son or daughter as a Player, and how to register yourself as a Volunteer. Please note that the actual screens you see may differ somewhat from the screen shots below.

Steps to complete online registration:

  1. Make sure you are on the Region 121 website: If you are a returning family or volunteer, do NOT try to register via eAYSO!
    Assuming that you are on Region 121's Blue Sombrero powered website, click on“Register Now”button on the top right hand corner of the site.

  2. Unless you have already created a Blue Sombrero account, fill out theCreate New Accountsection on the Login screen. Then click onCreate Account. Go to Step 3

    If you have previously created an account and registered onthis specific website, then log in under theSign in Herelink.
    Can't remember your username or password? Click the'Forgot Username or Password'link to have these items sent to the email address you previously used to create this account.


Only if you are logging in as an existing Blue Sombrero user, and only if you had already created a record for your child or children in the program, click thePrograms Available!button next to your son or daughter's name andskip toStep 5

  1. Fill out thePrimaryParent/Guardian Informationsection. If you wish to add a Secondary Parent/Guardian’s email (to be cc’d on all Program related emails), enter their information in the Secondary Parent/Guardian Information section and click “Create Secondary Account User & Continue”. If not, leave the area blank and clickSubmit. *** Note *** The Address information should be your Home Address.



4. Fill out theAdd a New Participantsection with your child's information. Make sure your son or daughter's birth date is set correctly or it might not fall within the correct AYSO Region 121 Division. Click onContinue


5. Select the 2017 Fall Core Program Do not select any other Program unless your child has tried out for and been accepted on an EXTRA or AYSO United team.
Click onContinue.

6. Fill out allAdditional Participant Information. Click onContinue.

7. Sign up to volunteer on theVolunteer Selectionpage. Choose the Volunteer position you’re interested in, and you will be prompted to complete information about the volunteer position. ChooseContinue

8. The last screen is theCheckoutscreen. Review yourRegistration Summary, select yourPayment Type, select yourPayment Option(Pay in FullorPayment Plan if it is being offered), enter inAddress and PaymentInformation, read and agree to theTerms & Conditions,and then selectSubmit Order.
We are still working out the details for those who cannot pay by credit, debit or prepaid debit card, but must pay with cash or check at our walk-in registration.

9. After you summit your order, you will be brought to aRegistration Order Summarypage. You will also receive a confirmation email, detailing your registration.


10. You just completed the online registration process!

Print the registration form and bring it to one of our walk-in registrations.

Note: If you are unable to pay with a credit/debit card your registration is not complete. You MUST come to one of our walk-in registrations.
