Doug– discharging lagoon next week & shut down old water towerfor winter. Sprecher motion extend Doug’s agreement with city for 1 year @ $800.00 to use Doug’s certifications for water & sewer with incidentals @ $20.00 an hour 2nd Odegaard RCV/MC
