The Crucible Introduction Group Project

In preparation for reading the somber play, The Crucible, you and group of your esteemed peers will create and present a project on a given topic in regard to Arthur Miller’s The Crucible. It is an open-ended project where you will collaboratively decide upon a medium for your project. It may be a poster (or series of posters), a PowerPoint, a drama, or a mixture of various mediums; the choice is yours. The only parameters are that it must be informative and contain visuals. You will be given class time to complete the project, but I highly recommend allotting time outside of class to meet as a group to work on the assignment as well. The project will culminate in a formal group presentation to the class (4-6 minutes—no more, no less). You will be graded on the quality of both your presentation and project. In other words, a pretty powerpoint is not enough; don’t forget to practice that delivery.
