The staff at GCFiveasides can provide 1.5 hours of unique birthday fun and entertainment while you sit back and relax. There is nothing quite like it on the coast.
Our friendly party host and coaches will be there from the very beginning to help ensure your guests enjoy their special day.
Standard birthday packages begin at just $22 per child, with optional extras that can be added to meet your specific needs.
Our standard party package includes:
- 1.5 hour duration- includes party host.
- A qualified coach to provide fun, interactive games and activities involving basic soccer skills and whole lot of fun with a mini game to finish off the session.
- Free play on the state of the art 3G Pitches
- Option to test the power of your kick on the super speed shot
- Invitations to give your guests
- Your choice of 3 food options (Pies (2) , Sausage Rolls (2), Nuggets (3) or Pizza (1 slice)
- Water and cups provided
- Choice of 2 party snacks for the table
A tablecloth will be provided however the standard package does not include party decorations. Please feel free to arrive early to decorate as you wish

Payments
A deposit of $50 is required to secure your booking. We asked that this be paid within 3 days of making the initial booking and no later than 14 days before the date of the party.
Deposits can be paid in cash or by eftpos in person or over the phone.
Weather and cancellation policy
We understand that weather conditions are always a consideration when planning an outdoor party. In most cases a forecast of rain does not always mean a cancellation is necessary and we are happy to play on through a few raindrops. Children love nothing more than to get wet in the rain which in most cases will end up being a little drizzle. However, should you feel that the forecast for the day will have a negative impact on proceedings then we are happy to wait until 2hours prior to the start time to make the final decision on a cancellation or a re-scheduling.
Unfortunately, if an event is cancelled within 2 hours of the commencement time and not rescheduled for a later date a deposit must be kept in order to cover the purchase of food and staffing.
In all other circumstances, cancellations must be made no later than 72 hours prior to the date of the party in order to receive a refund of the deposit.
We ask for final number to be confirmed 72 hours before the party.

Minimum Numbers
Our activities are best suited to groups of 10 or more, however should you have a smaller number of guests please talk to our friendly staff about revised pricing to suit your party needs.
General Itineraryof events (subject to change)
Arrival/ Party start time
-10 minutes: free pitch time for children to play and try out the Super Speed Shot while all guests arrive. Party host to greet guests and direct them to the pitch. Guests can help themselves to party snacks/water during this time.
-25 minutes: organized soccer activities and games run by qualified soccer x coaches
- 5 minute drinks/refreshment break
- 20 minutes of organized soccer activities and/or a mini game.
- 20 minutes lunch is served.
- 10 minutes of free play/games
