Recent Highlighted Projects

City of Mercedes Texas

Assessment and cleaning of 30,000 linear feet of wastewater collection system pipe from 6”-18” clay. 125 brick manholes and 4 lift stations. This assessment included inventory of infrastructure assets, condition, and cost to upgrade. This was support for the Preliminary Engineering Report for TWDB funding.

City of Pharr

Ongoing TCEQ SSO initiative maintenance program to reduce its I&I through proactive system rehabilitation and sealing of its manholes.

City of LaVilla Texas

Conducted a complete Manhole Survey of the entire City which tied down all the sewer lines and lengths. Created a GIS overlay in Google Earth from scratch that they could use without expensive software or technical personnel. From this assessment and evaluation we completed the SBIR for 1.5 million dollars of TWDB funding and was ranked 14th out of 150 applications.

Laguna Madre Water District

City wide procurement contract to rehabilitate multiple structures through the entire wastewater collection system such as manhole and lift stations. Major I&I and failing structures due to H2S corrosion and age.

City of Conroe

Complex forcemain sewer rehab with failing manhole due to extreme H2S attacked. Project had very limited time to take out of service due to commercial and multi-family services. Entire project was done without any bypass pumping.
