When attempting to log on to UONE for the first time, or after some settings have changed on your computer, you may occasionally have issues with UONE.
The error we see most often here at the Support Center is the following:

If you experience either of these, and Siebel is unable to ‘Auto Fix’ you’re issue, the following steps will enable you to install the Siebel plug-in for Internet Explorer, and my also solve any number of other issues you may be experiencing.
- Go to Internet Options by clicking Tools>Internet options.
- Inside the Internet Options window click on the Security tab, select Trusted Sites.
- Click on the Sites button and add *.unishippers.com to the list of trusted sites.
* Note: Prior to doing anything on this page, make sure that the check box ‘Require server verification’ is not checked. Then add *.unishipeprs.com to the line next to the add button, and then click on Add. Once that is done click on Close.
- Now set the security level for Trusted Sites. The setting should be set to Med-Low. This will ensure that all necessary settings are correct for UONE to function.
* Note: Be sure to click on the ‘Default Level’button and then move the slider bar to ‘Medium-low’.
- Allow pop-ups from *.unishippers.com by clicking on the Privacy tab.
Then click on the ‘Settings’ button for popup blockers, and add *.unishippers.com to the list.
- Deletetemporary internet files, on the ‘General’ tab, click on the ‘Delete’ button in the browser history section.
This will open a dialog box used to select the items to be deleted. You only need to delete temporary internet files.
- Removing the Siebel option packs in Windows XP (Windows Vista and Windows 7 will follow),on the ‘General’ tab, click on the ‘Settings’ button in Browsing History.
Click on ‘View Objects’.
From the view objects window you can remove any damaged components and the Siebel option pack items listed. Simply right click the Siebel file and select ‘Remove’.
- In Windows Vista and Windows 7 go into Internet Options and select the ‘Programs’ tab, then ‘Manage add-ons’.
- Choose ‘All add-ons’ in the ‘Show:’ selection box.
- Highlight the Siebel option pack and click on the ‘More information’ link, then click the ‘Remove’ button.
11. Close all Internet Explorer pages, reopen one, and navigate to uone.unishippers.com. When you hit the site, and all settings are set correctly, you may see a yellow bar appear at the top of your browser window:
Right click it and choose the ‘Run Add-on’ option.
12. When you run the add-on you may see a window like the one below. Be sure and select ‘Run’ to install the Siebel option pack.
You have now successfully installed the Siebel option pack and UONE should function as normal.
