4-H Club/Group Annual Financial Report

A year-end financial report of your 4-H Club’s or Group’s total account is due to the Franklin County Extension Office by January 31st of each year.

Please attach a copy of the by-laws. If you do not have a copy, please contact the Pasco Extension Office at 509-545-3511 to see if we have a copy in your file.

In order to be granted non-profit status clubs/groups need to have elected officers, by-laws and keep accurate records. The 4-H Council By-laws are a good example of what should be included in by-laws. A simple set of by-laws for 4-H clubs can be found in the front of the 4-H Secretary’s Book (C0240).
