Evaluation criteria
1) / Professional experience of more than 3 years in official control on food safety
Scoring
less than 3 years = 0 points; ≥ 3 years = 5 points; 5 - 10 years = 10 points; 10 years 12.5 = points / 12.5
2) / Experience as field staff involved in day-to-day official controls of food establishments benefitting from flexibility measures

no experience = 0 points; < 2 years = 5 points; 2-5 years = 10 points; > 5 years = 12.5 points / 12.5
3) / Experience in auditing food establishments

4) / Contribution towards drafting on guidelines, national laws and/or derogations issued in application of Hygiene Package flexibility provisions.
