It also facilitates two- way communication for Deutsche Bank investment bankers, their clients, and the investing public. A new phase of the project was started which was to develop the client and deal management system into the investment-banking portal.

Responsibilities:

• Application framework and design modeling was the primary task to facilitate the development effort at later stages.

• Writing and delivering technical presentations to support the frameworks and design methodologies.

• Leading technical team of 7 members providing the base frameworks in Java and JavaScript

• Was responsible for creating a generic utility class which will not only merge but also sort result sets from two (or n- number of) entirely different databases, the complexity comes in the fact that column names and number of columns in each result sets can be different. This utility class uses the reflection API, and gives enough flexibility to user in terms of deciding his/her own comparison rules. Supported the research team in using this class and covered most of the JSP and servlets for research module following the Model, View and Controller (MVC) pattern whereby JSP was view, servlets being the controller and backend EJB's and worker bean classes to support data were the Model.

• Worked with Client and Deal management team, more specifically on Deal creation, viewing and modification part. Deal creation was a series of screens (JSP's) and controlling was through servlets, backend information was being fetched via middleware classes wrapping EJB's. Task included coding jsp/servlets and modifying the Deal Object member variables, which finally got updated through, EJB's.
