2. Executive Summary of the Venture
AInformation on the kind of education or training proposed
Kind of Education: The kinds and outcomes of education that a HEI seeks to provide are wide-ranging e.g. academic education or higher education, professional preparation, consultancy training, corporate training etc.
Educational Outcomes: The applicant must also be clear about the qualifications it will award, and the requirements that must be met to award the qualifications.
Profile of intended students and relevant key stakeholders: The applicant must indicate who the intended or targeted beneficiaries of the education or training are i.e. which students and stakeholders

Provide a written statement on how the proposed HEI will meet the needs of students and key stakeholders. This must include the processes used to identify the needs of students and stakeholders (e.g. any consultation) and how the HEI will ensure it continues to identify and meet these needs. The statement should be at least one and a half pages

Show how the proposed education or training will be implemented. In this regard, provide a Business Plan that covers the following, among others:
- the development and delivery of the programmes or training schemes the HEI will provide
- a coherent assessment and moderation system
- resources for education provision (e.g. staff, equipment, premises)
- Proposed financial projections
- Contingency arrangements (fall-back position)

The proposed HEI needs to have adequate equipment and sites or premises by the time delivery starts. To give the Swaziland Higher Education Council sufficient information to ensure this, please fill in the following:

- evidence that the HEI has or will have a right to occupy or use the premises before instruction commences i.e. a copy of the lease or tenure agreement or a copy of the ownership documents
