High standards of personal and professional conduct / 1. Trainee to complete the subject knowledge enhancement course to aid subject knowledge development.
2. Trainee to complete all university tasks and attend all university seminars/lectures / 1. KW to liaise with subject knowledge booster course tutor to ensure that tasks relate to gaps identified in subject knowledge audit.
2. Dates of all lectures/seminars are outlined in the RE handbook. Hard copies have been given to all trainees. In addition, an electronic copy of the RE handbook containing details of lectures/seminars is available on ELE. Seminar tasks are outlined on the presentation slides which are also available on ELE. / Date to be completed

Preamble
Forge positive professional relationships / 1. Trainee to contribute more in small group and whole class discussions – take some risks. You have a lot to contribute that others will benefit from.
2. Trainee to ensure that all email communication with GSE staff is professional and formal in tone e.g. by writing ‘Dear Karen…’ at the start of an email. / 1. Tutors to ensure that teaching strategies modelled include those which provide an opportunity for individual thinking time before being expected to voice an opinion.
Tutors to occasionally ask trainee specifically for feedback following a small group task to give her the confidence to contribute more to whole class discussions.
