Tier 3 involves supplemental interventions that are provided with a high level of intensity in addition to core instruction for very small groups of students who show considerable risk of not meeting grade level standards. Tier 3 interventions usually involve comprehensive skill building and planning for generalization of skills.

Purpose: To assess the extent to which a district or school team has agreed upon written decision rules for use in their RTI/MTSS system. Directions: Indicate to what extent your team has written decision rules for each item, with 1= not evident to 5= very evident.
