Planning Inclusive Cultures in Schools: An Innovative Approach to School Planning - Planning Inclusive Cultures in Schools (PICs) is a tool developed for Manitoba school communities that provides an inventory and analysis of current school practices with an emphasis on those that encourage inclusion in its broadest sense: from the student, to the teacher, to the parent and everyone in between. It helps school communities plan for purposeful improvement.
