# For theory subjects all the faculty members should do 6 assignments covering the complete syllabus. Record of conduction and evaluation (5 M) of the assignments should be maintained by the faculty.

Important Activities:

  1. Class seminars: The respective HODs are advised to schedule and conduct for their students at least one during the Sem.
  2. Guest lectures – Technical: Two or three.

Personality development: Two or three.

  1. Industrial tours:6 Days Industrial visit.

4. DailyTests:

The faculty members are directed to prepare question Bank with 12 questions from each unit preferably from the previous JNTU exams and to conduct daily tests.

The question Bank prepared by the concerned subject faculty should submit to theconcerned HOD on or before 25.07.2016.

After completion of every unit HODs are directed to verify the daily tests record and to initiate corrective measures if required.

The faculty may be directed to enter the absentee numbers in the note book available with CRs. The concerned department clerk will collect the information and prepare absentee statement and the same may be displayed on the department notice board. The same copy may be used by concerned class teacher for information and to control the absentees.

The following arethe guidelinesfor the studentsto take leave:

  • If the student is unable to attend the college, he/she should submit a leave letter to the class teacher before or on the day he/she turn up to the college.

For one day - Class teacher.

For 2 to 3 days - Concerned HOD.

3 days and above - Principal

STUDENT FEEDBACK : It is proposed to take students feedback on faculty as per the modified format twice in semester preferably after completion of 1st unit and after the completion of 5th unit. HOD may submit the consolidate report of feedback to the Principal for corrective measures if necessary.
