NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Zoning Hearing Board of Northampton Township will hold a public hearing on Monday, December 9, 2013, at 7:00 P.M. in the Northampton Township Building, 55 Township Road, Richboro, PA, to hear the following appeals:

Appeal No. 2013-28 of ATY Holdings, L.P. The property involved in the application is known as 750 Second Street Pike, Richboro, PA 18954 and as TMP #31-9-1-1 and 31-9-91. Applicant desires to install a waterslide for use with its existing pool. Applicant requests a variance under the Northampton Township Zoning Ordinance of 1977, as amended, from section 27-1205 to permit the installation of the waterslide. The property is zoned R-2 - Single Family District and C-2 - General Commercial/Office with Village Overlay District.

Appeal No. 2013-29 of Patrick J. and Louise M. Boyd. The property involved in the application is known as 130 Nottingham Drive, Richboro, PA 18954 and as TMP #31-088-061. Applicants request variances under the Northampton Township Zoning Ordinance of 1977, as amended, from section 27-406.2.A.(4)(b) to permit a side yard of 19 feet instead of the required 20 feet and an aggregate side yard setback of 40 feet instead of the required 45 feet and from 27-406.2.A.(5) to permit an impervious surface ratio of 21.9% instead of the permitted 20%. Appeal No. 2013-30 of Stephen DeFalcis. The property involved in the application is known as 11 Vermeer Court, Langhorne, PA 19053 and as TMP #31-035-046-004. Applicant requests variances under the Northampton Township Zoning Ordinance of 1977, as amended, from section 27-404.2.A.(4)(a) to permit a garage addition with a 0 foot front yard setback from a private road instead of the required 50 feet and from 27-1105.1.F to permit an accessory building with a height of 22 feet instead of the permitted 15 feet. The complete application may be viewed at the Township Building. The property is zoned C-R - Country Residential District.
