Location description & characteristics / General description: Motegi area has some hills, but their heights are less than 300 meters. The southern part of flight area has many spaces for landing and target areas. We are planning to have flights of going to south-east or south or south-west.

Insurance requirements
and details / Third party: A competitor is responsible to cover a minimum of 200 million yen for third parties. Generally speaking, insurance, which we sell, is much cheaper than other areas. The cost will be approximately 6,000 yen for fourteen days.
Passenger: If a competitor wish to fly with an observer during competition, he shall have insurance for his observer under conditions that the organizer decides.
We require a pilot that wishes to fly with an observer during the competition, to have insurance for the observer. If your balloon does not have it, you may purchase it 7,000 yen during the week. If you fly without an observer at all times, you don't need to purchase it.
