AGELESS GRACE

Come and get your brain food! 40 minutes of physical play for your brain; fun, new neuropathways and a workout too! AG is a cutting-edge fitness program based on neuroplasticity that activate all 5 functions of the brain and simultaneously addresses all 21 physical skills needed for lifelong optimal fitness. Although the movements are designed to be performed seated in a chair, the class delivers a great cardio workout and core conditioning for all ages and abilities.

BESOUL™ DANCE

BeSoul™ Dance is a class that provides an opportunity to connect to your deepest self through movement and self-expression. Choreography is simple and enlivening, music is fantastic and varied, we dance together to get fit in body, mind and soul.

FLUID MOTION

Fluid Motion classes, inspired by Continuum movement, explore our bodies as living processes unfolding moment by moment, breath by breath. Continuum investigates the movement of Life Force in its primary form of wave motion. Through various breaths, sounds and non-stylized movements, this practice awakens the fluidity in our systems. Our biological intelligence can then "choreograph" dances that renew a sense of wellness, spacious calm, and creative inquiry. Most explorations happen on yoga mats on the floor, with eyes open or closed. Beginning and advanced movers are welcome!Drop-in: $25.

GENTLE YOGA

For beginners and/or people with specific physical problems: Arthritis, soft-tissue injuries, stiffness, inflexibility. Breathing, stretching and strengthening are emphasized to augment healing. Good for beginners and those recovering from physical ailments.

HATHA YOGA

This practice integrates movement, mindfulness, and breath in order to align body, mind, and spirit for a deeper experience of self-awareness. The pace is gentle to moderate with some restorative postures incorporated as well. All levels welcome as props are available and modifications will be offered.

KRIPALU YOGA: GENTLE & SUNRISE

Integrates the mind, body and spirit in a deeply transformational process based on classical yoga postures and breath work. Emphasis is placed on linking breath with movement and on attention to the present moment.

KIDS KARATE with ELITE KARATE

Perfect for any child, our classes are a great introduction into the Martial Arts for children. Led by world-class black belt instructors, our Children's Martial Arts classes are guaranteed to get your children excited about physical fitness! In fact, they’ll be having so much fun on the mat that they won’t even realize they’re learning important safety lessons that could someday save their lives!

NIA TECHNIQUE

Nia is an ecstatic yet deeply grounded body-mind-spirit fitness and lifestyle practice that empowers people to cultivate mental, emotional and spiritual health & fitness via joy and pleasure. Music and movement variety make each class a unique experience. All levels.

PEACEFUL MINDFUL YOGA

Uplifting and Serene. Smooth transitions through nurturing postures relieve anxiety, stress, and depression. Lots of breath, gentle encouragement, and introspection bring clarity. A good blend of Body, Mind, and Spirit. All levels welcome.

SVAROOPA YOGA

Svaroopa yoga is particular style of hatha yoga that emphasizes the muscles at the tailbone and sacrum setting up a dynamic for tension release in the whole spine, back & body. Thursday morning Svaroopa: Contact Lissa at or 508-624-7762 for info or to register. Drop-in: $21.

QIGONG/TAI CHI

Qigong is an ancient system of exercise originating in China over 2000 years ago for the purpose of promoting health and healing. Qi, refers to life force or vital energy. We cannot see the qi in the body, but we can feel it. Gong means to develop or cultivate, therefore qigong exercises cultivate one's internal vital energy. Qigong consists of breath awareness, focused concentration and gentle rhythmic movement. Qigong can be practiced by people of all ages and abilities.
