Notes:
1.A player must have completed a Membership Form and have paid the appropriate subscription to be included in weekly selection and Regional and National competition teams.
2.All subscriptions include Insurance for civil liability.
3.All subscriptions, except ‘Occasional Member’and ‘Junior Coaching and Training only Member’,include Match and Training Fees and are therefore termed ‘Full Subscriptions’
4.The cost of post-match teas is included in the ‘Full Subscription’ or match fee.
5.Petrol costs for up to 4 shared cars per team will be paid to drivers at a rate per journey to be published on the website.
6.An 'Occasional Player'is a member who only plays in the National Knockouts as a Veteran or Vintage player.
7.A ‘Youth Player’ is, a member aged between 14-16 yrs and can be either:-
a) attends training/coaching only and therefore pays a £75 subscription
b) attends training/coaching and plays in adult matches at weekendsand therefore pays £200 subscription which is classed as a ‘Full Subscription’ and includes match fees and training fees. Early payment or payment by instalments is applicable.
8.A ‘Junior Member’ is a memberunder 14 yrs who does not play men’s/ladies league hockey but does attend training/coaching. It is preferable for the Club’s administration for these members to pay the £75 annual fee rather than the £4 per session. Junior Members, when playing in junior competition matches, are expected to pay the appropriate Match Fee for Junior Members.
