Jewel of The Creek is a project that include 16 towers as the following: five and four star hotels, Four towers Service apartment, five Residential towers, four towers offices, recreation centre, Ballroom, and common car park, distributed on four levels Basement.

As a Project Manager/ Senior Architect for the project- phase one which includes: Five star Hotel, four other buildings as hotel service apartment,and Ballroom for 2500 presences. My role is to lead the design team (Arch., Structural, MEP, and any other sub consultant) to deliver and submitall the required design documents , drawings, reports, and specification through the different design stages and to get the client approval as well as local authority’s approval, also to agree with the client the design submission programme and millstones, manage the design process, communicate with client to finalise and approve the design stages, manage the design team to deliver on time a fully coordinated tender package, manage and monitor the sub consultant deliverables to deliver on timeand as per the agreed design submission program and within the agreed budget. Manage and monitor the authority process to ensure getting all the local authorities approvals on time and as per the agreed design/ authority submission program.

New York University is a design and builds project, 3.5 billion AED.The project to accommodate 2600 students with capacity of 4000 student, built on a 357,000 sam, the Employment requirement Space Plan is 200,000 sqm. The Campus is including the following;

Instructional, Student residential, Dining Hall, Faculty offices, and admin, Faculty/ Staff Residential, Experimental Research Building, Performing Art Centre; 700 Seats Theatre, Music Hall, Black Box, Student Life Building, Swimming Pool, Multi Purpose Hall, Library, Football Field.

My role is to manage the consultant’sdeliverables, to meet the employment requirements, and to deliver on time as per the agreed programme for all different design stages/ CD, DD, and TD. Coordinate between the Client and the rest of the project team.

As a senior. designmanager working on design and built and fixed price project, I’m leading the project cost team ( Architectural / Fit out package), including (Design, Commercial, and Construction). As a Design Manager working for the developer, My main role span from managing a design team of 35 (Architect, Structural Engineers, Mech.- Irrigation Eng., Electrical Eng. And Cad operators). The project is including 350 luxury Villas and 5 theme Gardens. Working together with the construction team to deliver a full detailed package for construction, and to ensure the design is meeting the client requirement, in accordance with the agreed budget, enhance any possibility of VE. Provide a design deliverables programme, which works parallel to the site programme, to avoid any site delay. Advice on the buildability, ensure the projects are designed, constructed and operated Safety.

Design and built Project, the project include two towers; five starts Hotel and Residential tower, each tower is 45 storeys high, 5 floors for Podiums and 20 luxury Vilas.

My role is to managing the design development process from inception to completion and handover. This includes; analysis of client requirements, development of the design briefs, appointment of design consultants, definition of design deliverables, monitoring of design programs and assessing design risk. I was conducting design reviews, workshops, audits and design/cost option appraisals, enhance any possibility of VE, advice on the buildability, ensure the projects are designed, constructed and operated Safety, manage the Consultant’s deliverables.

From Nov. 2007 – April 2008, Intercontinental Hotel Project,Dubai Festival City.Hospitality Project;My main task is to manage the consultant design, detailing set, and design deliverables, to coordinate between the client and the design consultant. Furthermore I review and approve the consultantdrawings to ensure the design is covering all the client’s requirements, the design is as per IHG Brand standards, ensure the design is in line with the agreed budget, and any possibility of VE. Ensuring all the design documents are detailed correctly, distributed on time to the site team and subcontractors. Review and approve all the subcontractors shop drawings, material submittal and closing all the DIR in time to prevent any delays.

Hospitality Project.A multi-storey residential building has 300 long lease apartments for DFC and 250 furnished apartments managed by Intercontinental Hotel Group. My main task is to manage the consultant deliverables, challenge the consultant design. Coordinate between the client/ operators (IHG) and the consultant. Review and approve the consultant’s documentations to ensure the design is covering the client’s requirements, as per IHG brand standard.Review and approve all the subcontractors shop drawings, material submittal and closing all the DIR in time to prevent any delays. Provide and Complete the O&M and As Built Drawings.

Nov 2005 – Nov. 2006,Project manager, JRH & Partners –Dubai- UAE

Project manager, -Dubai Festival CityMall.I was managing the design team to deliver a full Façade packge, my role span from design development for the Façade package, to providing a complete set of drawing , coordinating between different type of façade including Stone cladding, Pre cast panels, GRC cladding, and Curtin system walling Aluminium/Glazing cladding.The main task isto coordinate between the consultant HOK,and Design Developer for the façade; Jerdee andproject team-subcontractors, the rolespans fromcross checking the as built site condition against theoriginal design, and the latestdeveloped design.Providing a coordinated set of drawingstothe subcontractors, to enable them to produce shop drawings.Coordinate between three façade subcontractors, chairing the design coordination meeting. Cultural Centre project in Mekka, DOKAAE (Development of King Abdul Aziz Endowment). This project contains: exhibition areas, 450 people's theatre, shops, administration offices and VIP area.
