I, ______hereby authorize Good Time Rentals, LLC to charge a $100.00 security deposit per unit, to be rented. This deposit will reserve the above units for the rental period listed and will be applied to the rental charges unless otherwise specified.

I understand that there is a 7-day cancellation policy and in the event of a cancellation I must notify Good Time Rentals, LLC prior to 7 days before the scheduled rental date or I agree to forfeit my entire deposit. In the event of a valid cancellation, Good Time Rentals, LLC will refund you the security deposit less $25.00 service fee. I also agree that Good Time Rentals, LLC is not responsible for weather conditions and I will not receive a refund for weather conditions, but will be able to re-schedule for a later date depending on availability. Note: As per our policy we require a $400.00 per unit damage deposit at the time of rental pick up.
