  1. Job Title : Marketing Executive
  2. Department : Sales & Marketing
  3. Reporting to : Head Sales & Marketing

Purpose
To establish Brand image and build strong customer base for the organization products
No. / Key Responsibilities
1. / Creating brand awareness
2. / Ensuring maximum footfalls on site
3. / Ensure right positioning of project & corporate brand.
4. / Leveraging technology - digital media, social media etc.
5. / Build and leverage marketing analytics system
6. / Ensuring home financing options for customers
7. / Establishing & Maintaining healthy relationships with the channel partners(Sales)
8. / Establishing & Maintaining healthy relationships with marketing related vendors.
9. / Enable generation of walk ins at site through localised marketing

Key Activities would include:

1-Formulation of Marketing & Branding strategy (Online/Offline)for launching/Promoting of real estate projects.

2-Establishing marketing budget.

3-Planning and Managing marketing campaigns for individual projects.

4-Establishing relationship and coordination with Media Agencies and relevant vendors.

5-Designing project brochure,sales presentation, On site Hoardings and other on site collaterals.

6-Establish and Maintain prospect database.

7-Market Research & Analysis- Market trends, customer segmentation, Developer’s strategy, property availability and Customer Spend Patterns.

8-Evaluate and select website/Digital related services provider.

9-Coordinate with website service provide and ensure development and hosting of website as per the organization requirements.

10-Provide design inputs and content to website service provider.

11-Track and monitor the effectiveness of the website as a mode of branding and marketing.

12-Track and monitor the effectiveness of the ERP system for the management and control of the Marketing & Sales activities.

13-Establish MIS for marketing & Sales activities.

14-Tracking, monitoring & reporting MIS related marketing activities & its effectiveness.

15-Any other activities related to marketing and sales of the project.

Profile requirements:

Qualification:MBA/PGDM-Marketing preferred

Experience:

5+ years of experience in marketing preferably in Real Estate domain.
