Old Business

·  Review and approval of January FUG minutes Not completed, will be tabled until next month

·  DR: Transfer Report –NDSU Adam

o  Further discussion from last month’s call- Feedback from 2yr. campuses

·  Regarding Newly Merged High School Data: Go back five years regarding nearly merged high school data. Heather (NDUS)

o  NDU High School Page training refresh (see attachment)

o  Final HS grad date and anticipated grad date are separate

o  In regards to core, take anticipated completion and leave status as in-progress. Changes can be made if needed at the time of completion

New Business

·  Proof of Graduation/High School Transcript for Transfer Students: Justin (NDSCS)

o  NDSCS Financial Aid Office requires their admissions office to get a HS transcript no matter how many college credits they have. No NDUS policies will be changed but an institutional policy can be put in place.

·  Request to move meeting time, records is currently meeting at the same time (Group discussion)

o  Records changed their meeting time, FUG can stay at the same time.

·  Hobsons Annual Updates: timeline

o  Updates will come next month

·  CC User Group requesting updates to the NDU Service Indicator Report as follows: (Charlene)
NDU Applications > NDU Campus Community > Student Info by Individual > NDU Service Indicator Report

1)  Add prompts for:

Email Type (campuses needing to email students with certain holds)

Address Usage (some campuses send postcards to students with certain holds)

2)  Add fields:

Email (based on prompt)

Address (based on prompt)

Enrollment status (so can filter report to just enrolled or not, etc).
This would help campuses when using the report to generate communications to students who are enrolled, etc.

o  Map attribute (evidence-based reading and writing) from CC to Hobsons

·  Residency Desk Manual

o  Contiguous state residents recorded as WUE as well. Can only be recorded as one or the other.
