Enhance the currency of the curriculum for the Computer Technology Program / 4 /
- Revise course prerequisites for all courses
- Create new courses
- Modify existing courses
- Prerequisite revisions
- Intro to Programming, C++ I/II, Visual Basic I/II, Operating Systems (Windows, Unix)
- Incorporate Oracle into Database Management Course
- Make Intro to Computer Science the required course for CS majors and Computer Applications the required course for other majors
- Add network administration as an area of specialization
- Restructure the offering of courses so that student scan complete in 2 years with either a C++I/II, Visual Basic.NETI/II or Object Oriented Programming concentration
- Identify courses that will better assist non majors in their education – VISIO or CASE
