UNIT:Nutrition and Health

UNIT OVERVIEW:This unit has a focus on the fundamental nutritional needs and practical food concerns of individuals and families. It emphasises the synthesis of knowledge, processes and practical skills in planning and preparing meals according the Australian Guidelines for Healthy Eating.
