Concerning Pat Hopkins there are truly manywonderful things to say that one could go on for ages. Pat commits her time, talent and experience fully each day for the benefit of the Residents, Families and Staff”--Devin Allred, Executive Director of The Wellington Senior Residence.

As the Wellness Director for The Wellington Senior Residence Pat skillfully leads a team dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants, who under her guidance work providing basic care and services for the residents. By itself, the amount of time that she spends at her job is worthy of recognition. Her investment of time, however, is only a product of her emotional commitment to her work. Pat cares very deeply for each and every resident and does not feel comfortable going home until she has met each person’s needs.

Pat works selflessly, no job is too big or small for her to undertake. Whether its the weekend or the middle of the night Pat is only a phone call away if she isn’t already there working those extra hours. As one of the residents at The Wellington sated “I cannot say enough kind words about Pat.” The list of applicable adjectives that describe Pat is endless; she is professional, courteous, dedicated, responsible and superior to name a few.

Growing Up, Pat was instructed that women did not need an education and as a result she never became a registered nurse. However, as a C.N.A. and Wellness Director, she has truly found her niche as a caregiver. The experience that Pat has gained over her years of service in the field of senior living is irreplaceable. One would be hard pressed to find a nurse with better instincts and judgment then Pat Hopkins. She is not only a tremendous caregiver, but a tremendous human being, touching the lives of everyone she meets.
