Discussion/Conclusions:

*Scholarship Discussion:

This year we awarded a $500.00 scholarship to Medith Stewart. We would like to look at possible changes for next years scholarship with possibly doing more then 1 award. There was plenty of suggestions of what we can do but this is something that needs to be looked at more at the upcoming meeting.

*Presque Isle league:

Presque Isle will now be able to use the gyms at no cost but there will be a screening process of all the coaches. This is something that the Presque Isle Athletics do when they hire a new coach and this is something that they are requesting in order to have the gym at no cost. This means that the check would involve fingerprinting and screened. Presque Isle league may also have to do fundraisers to raise money for some of the cost.

*Changes to the Board/Directors:

Jody Belanger has requested to remain as a Member of Directors and Jeff Stephenson has requested to be taken off as a member of AYBL.

*Changes to the Board of AYBL:

President – Brian Massey

Vice President – open
